These dynamic classes are designed to mobilize the body through the different rhythms of the African drum as well as rhythms from the Colombian-Venezuelan coasts,  inspiring us  in traditional movements of the most popular dances of the Caribbean.

The objective is to work on looseness - fluidity of the joints and muscles in the head, back, hips, arms and legs, ankles and feet through repetitive movements and choreographic games that end in a gentle stretching and body relaxation.
